"The property is very beautiful. In fact I have chosen it because of its style. The photos were made well, even the space seemed to be much bigger than it is in fact. Anyway, the place is smart and stylish, there are all facilities, except vacuum cleaner, at least I didn’t find it. I didn’t hear neighbors even they must be somewhere there."

"This property makes part of an apartment chain of one Real estate agency. All their apartments are stylish and beautiful. I have no idea how do they manage all of them, but this one had a big problem with the person that made a provider, some Hamida. First seemed all is ok, she has confirmed an early check-in without an extra fee at 11.00 inspite of 15.00. I have come bringing her a branch of flowers as an a “thanks”. Hamida has arrived not at 11.00 but at 12.00. I waited her for an hour. not good. than, she has shown all the stuff and she doesn’t speak English well, neither Italian, so we had some problems with understanding each other. But ok… No cleaning during our stay. I don’t like it, and it wasn’t clear through the Important Information on their Booking page that they don’t offer everyday cleaning, in fact I’d prefer it was cleaned and accompanied. Bu the worth thing is problems with a cleaning of the facilities - plates, cups, glasses. When I have started after Hamida has left preparing something for my friend’s arrival - I have found that all the stuff was dirty. Very dirty. It’s not my work to clean them when I arrive in the property. Who is a keeper must do it, and must control it. So, when I have started to wash glasses, 1 and than second have broken in my hands. I have written to Hamida and she said: I’m sorry, but we have holidays now, so, no changes, neither other glasses. No comments, it’s not professional. I have worked a lot as an instagram blogger, and as a provider of properties and consultant of properties for tourists in Italy, so, I have some experience on HOW IT COULD BE, so I have contacted the Agency and have made stories on instagram. They have answered immediately and they have brought us glasses next day. That was very kind, but we could avoid saying first “NO”. so, to summarize: the property is beautiful, the way of managing it is poor. the area is near the center, but not a nice one, many “strange” people passing by."
